The problem of this Neo Basic notebook (forgot the model) is no power at all. Checking the laptop adapter works perfectly, so I decided to check the parts one by one. The difficult thing is you have to take out the cover, remove the keyboard, remove the screws at the back of the unit, just to check the memory and hard disk

Assembling back the NEO Netbook PC
After removing all the parts and checking it, I’ve found out the disk drive, the memory is working. So I conclude that the problem is the mainboard.
