by the way you can use the following command ;
chkdsk c: /f /r – this will check the file system error and the physical drive itself. If any error occurs it automatically fix it
and the
sfc /scannow – this will check the file system integrity and if it detects error. it automatically fix the promble from the backup or come from the disc

Thank you so much for your prompt response. Your service is really good and much appreciated.
The trouble is that I cannot get to command as windows isn't starting up.should I still resort to your first option that I should remove my hard drive and plug it to another computer to backup then reinstall windows?
Once again thank you so much for your assistance

+Ebrahiem Ismail or you may connect the hard drive to another computer, if you can still access disk drive backup your important files and perform the scanning the drive for errors. Like right click the disk drive letter, properties , tools, at error checking select the 2 options. If the computer want to restart. Restart it. Then return those disk drive back to original computer and perform the solution indicated in the video.
If the procedure doesn't work, that is the time you need to refresh the drive by formatting it.
If you really want fast solution, backup your files, reformat or replace the disk drive

This worked for me.
1. Boot up the PC from your Windows installation disk
2. Press and hold SHIFT and then press F10
3. Input "bootsect.exe /nt60 SYS /force" (without quotes)
4. Restart the PC
